Experience on Controlled Bottom Hole Pressure(CBHP) and Pressured Mud Cap Drilling(PMCD) techniques,
preferably with previous Halliburton experience.
TG11-ESG-Svc Leader-GBA
Under broad direction, coordinates and oversees GeoBalance Applications operations at the well site
and base camp. Provides the planning necessary for the job including personnel, equipment set up,
well site direction and customer related support. Must be able to communicate with other PSLs and
third parties to ensure tool and well site activity capability. Excellent leadership and communication
skills required. Mentors and trains lower level personnel in areas of expertise. Interacts with
customers and supervises the activities of completion of services and/or shop personnel to exceed
customer requirements. Job emphasis is on personnel development, operational excellence and
customer satisfaction. Contacts customer for performance follow-up and to plan future work. Skills
are acquired through completion of a high school diploma and 9+ years’ experience in oil field drilling
activities including 6+ years of underbalanced drilling and/or managed pressure drilling.
