
Mammography Tech Women's Diagnostic Center
40 Hours Weekly, Full Time, Dayshift
We are seeking a skilled Tech to perform mammography, DEXA, and biopsy procedures, contributing to the department's mission of delivering high-quality diagnostic testing and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include executing patient care duties, ensuring film quality, maintaining patient documentation, and verifying charges. The role requires attention to detail in radiologic procedures and a commitment to continuous performance improvement in a patient-focused environment.
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited school of radiologic technology
KBMIRT Required
ARRT Required. Registry eligible candidates are required to obtain mammography certification within one year of employment. When in house training occurs, employee has 16 weeks of training before their one year period begins where they have to obtain Mammography certification.
Advanced registry in Mammography within one year.
Current BCLS certification within 90 days of hire.
