Position Overview

Join an established outpatient women’s breast center in Fort Myers, Florida as a Mammography Technologist. We are currently hiring for 2 full-time and 1 part-time positions.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Mammography Technologist or a new graduate looking to build their career in a supportive outpatient environment. Candidates with experience in breast biopsy, stereotactic procedures, and SAVI are highly desired, although new graduates are welcome to apply.

Compensation & Incentives

• Pay Range: $31.90–$53.60 per hour
• $10,000 sign-on bonus
• $2,500 relocation assistance
• $1,800 housing stipend for the first three months

Clinical Responsibilities

• Perform screening and diagnostic mammography examinations
• Provide high-quality imaging while maintaining patient comfort and safety
• Assist with breast imaging procedures as applicable
• Perform or assist with breast biopsy and stereotactic procedures, based on experience and training
• Support SAVI procedures, as applicable
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and imaging records
• Follow established imaging protocols and quality standards
• Collaborate with radiologists and other members of the clinical team
• Communicate effectively with patients throughout the imaging process
• Maintain compliance with applicable regulatory and safety standards

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program
• ARRT certification in Mammography or eligibility as applicable
• Appropriate Florida licensure/certification
• Mammography experience preferred
• New graduates welcome
• Breast biopsy, stereotactic, and SAVI experience preferred
• Strong patient-care and communication skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality breast imaging services
