About the team
The Mall Team is responsible for driving the growth and performance of Mall brands within the e-commerce platform. The team manages various commercial and operational projects, including business planning, performance tracking, and growth forecasting. We work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and brands to optimize business strategies, improve operational efficiency, and support sustainable growth across the platform ecosystem.
As a Mall Team Intern, you will gain broad exposure to the e-commerce industry and learn how large-scale marketplace operations are managed. You will support the team in day-to-day business operations, project coordination, data analysis, and performance monitoring.
Responsibilities:
- Process data to generate weekly reports for strategic incentives and provide data-driven insights that support business strategy.
- Track key performance metrics and deliver regular updates to evaluate business performance and operational efficiency.
- Support cross-functional coordination, assist in document processing, and optimize administrative workflows.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks related to data analysis and strategic initiatives.
