Our Registered Training Organisation (RTO), established in 2009, was the first Aboriginal RTO in the Pilbara. We are committed to building a strong Aboriginal health workforce through quality accredited training in health and community services.
About the Role
We are seeking a Male Trainer & Assessor, Primary Health Care to deliver engaging, structured, and compliant accredited training and assessment programs. You will support learners through their qualifications, deliver training aligned to WMHSAC session plans, and ensure all assessment and training activities meet AQTF, Standards for RTOs (2015), TAC requirements, and organisational policies. This role also supports enrolment, student engagement, compliance documentation, reporting, and continuous quality improvement within the RTO.
