Male Support Worker (1x Full Time and Bank positions)

Pay £14.50 per hour

Refer a Friend Scheme - £250 awarded (T&C's apply)

We are currently recruiting for Full Time and Bank Support Workers to support an individual with complex mental health needs within the BRAMLEY, LEEDS area.

There will be a transitional period which will involve supporting the client moving from a hospital in Middlesbrough back to Leeds. Use of your own car and a willingness to travel are essential. Mileage to and from the hospital will be paid.

Please note we are not a recruitment agency.

Applicants must be available for a meet‑and‑greet and for training, which will run for one week. Full availability for this period is essential.

We are looking for Support Workers who can provide 360 wrap around support that covers all aspects of their life throughout the day and night.

Schedule:

• 12 Hours Shifts - 08:00 to 20:00 / 20:00 to 08:00
• 7 Days a week (Days & Waking Nights)
• Weekend availability
• Overtime

Licence/Certification:

• Complex Mental Health (MUST)
• Driving Licence ( MUST)

*Refer a friend bonus is payable at

· £125 once the referred individual has successfully completed their first shift.

· £125 once the referred individual has successfully completed their probation period.
