Welcome and orient male spa guests to the locker room and spa facilities
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked locker room (towels, beverages, amenities)
Assist guests with lockers, towels, and robes, providing top-level guest service
Educate guests on spa services and products in a friendly, professional manner
Support spa operations, including light housekeeping and maintaining spa appearance
Participate in ongoing training to maintain knowledge of spa services and products
Male candidates only (required for locker room responsibilities)
Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
Strong communication and guest service skills
Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
Positive attitude with a “can-do” mindset
Previous hospitality, spa, or customer service experience preferred
Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
Work in a luxury resort environment on Paradise Island
