The South West Aboriginal Medical Service (SWAMS) is a Not-for-Profit Health Service based in Bunbury which provides a variety of health services to Aboriginal people in the South West of Western Australia. The SWAMS Mental Health team places a strong focus on a person-centered approach and a collaborative working culture to achieve the best possible outcomes for our mob. We are seeking a passionate Aboriginal Peer Support Worker to join our Social Services Team.
