We are currently seeking male Disability Support Workers in Pennant Hills, NSW who can start immediately. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a supportive environment.
About the Role: You will be supporting a young male client with complex medical and behavioural needs. This role requires someone who is patient, calm, and confident in managing challenging situations.
The client may display behaviours of concern, including frustration that may lead to property damage. Ongoing training and support will be provided.

Respite Care: We offer short-term stays, giving families and caregivers a well-deserved break while ensuring clients receive quality care.
