About the Role:

A Better Solution in Home Care is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver (HCA/CNA) to join our team in Stanwood, WA. Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding according to client care plans
• Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and errands
• Monitor and document client health status and report changes to supervisors
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
• Administer medication reminders in accordance with care plan guidelines

Requirements:

• Valid Washington State HCA (Home Care Aide) or CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certification
• Male caregiver preferred to meet specific client care needs and preferences
• Prior experience in home care, assisted living, or a related healthcare setting preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor
• Ability to pass a background check and meet state compliance requirements
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus

Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
