About the Role:
ComForCare Home Health Care in Arlington, VA is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Male Caregiver to join our growing team on a flexible shift schedule. Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding according to client dietary needs
- Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning, and tidying living spaces
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
- Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors
- Assist with medication reminders and follow individualized care plans
Requirements:
- Male applicants preferred to meet specific client care preferences and comfort needs
- Prior experience in caregiving, home health, or a related field is a plus
- Ability to assist with personal care, transfers, and activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing high-quality client-centered care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus or willingness to obtain

Compensation: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
