Job Responsibilities:
Plan menus and develop new dishes while maintaining traditional flavors
Ensure proper food presentation, taste, and portion control
Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and cost control
Supervise and train kitchen staff when required
Job Requirements:
Strong knowledge of traditional spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Good teamwork and communication skills
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
