As a Mako Product Specialist Trainee, you will embark on a transformative 9-month intensive training program designed to equip you with the skills necessary to excel in a dynamic, mission-driven environment. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing patient outcomes through our innovative products and solutions. This is an individual contributor role that requires the use of judgement in applying professional expertise and is expected to work independently with minimal supervision post training.
What you will be doing:
Provide case coverage as MPS (Mako Product Specialist) and standby as Clinical Specialist for conventional joint replacement cases.
Provide surgeons and operating room staff with training and Clinical/Technical support.
Pre-operative CT scans planning and CT segmentation.
Support operational process including not limiting to case booking, documentations, reporting, billing & consignment counts, etc.
Support training and sales /marketing activities as needed.
Provide prompt and accurate complaint reports per the requirements of Stryker’s quality system.
Collaborate with sales & clinical team to deliver high standard of service & quality care to patients.
Must be able to support On-call duty based on team roster.
Support in case date collection in SalesForce.com
Must pass Joint Replacement & MAKO examinations within probation.
Who are we looking for:
Preferably a minimum of +1 year prior experience in a sales and/or technical capacity (medical, pharma or healthcare industry).
Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills i.e Excel.
Prior operating theatre experience will be highly advantaged.
Technical Diploma or Degree preferable related to Medical or Engineering fields.
Able to communicate in English, written and spoken
Currently matriculated at an accredited university as undergraduate majoring in related discipline in biomedical science or biomedical engineering are welcome to apply.
Good interpersonal skills and pleasant personality

Strong desire to acquire medical and product knowledge and a drive to succeed
