仕事内容
・医師や手術室看護師にMako製品の使用方法についての説明を行い、手術中に臨床的/技術的なサポートを行いインプラントの適切な設置とその精度を保証します。
・術前のCTデータをもとに専用ソフトウェアを使用して医師が術前計画（インプラントのサイズや設置位置など）の立案をサポートします。
・マネージメント層や直属上司、薬事部、安全管理部、品質保証部、品質管理部等に詳細な症例内容、実施したサポート内容、製品やその他の改善事項をレポートします。
・担当病院のMako関連の装置や手術器械、インプラント、消耗品の在庫を管理・維持し、発注管理をしてフォーキャスト（販売予測）をセールスマネジャーに報告します。
・ショールームや学会、セミナー等でデモを行い潜在顧客に製品を見て触っていただき臨床的価値を実感していただきます。
・医師や手術室看護師、放射線技師、医療工学技師等の病院スタッフにMako関連製品の使用方法および滅菌方法を説明します。
・Makoの品質システムの要求事項に従い迅速で正確な苦情報告をします。
・顧客先に訪問して製品に関する問題を解決します。
・必要に応じて担当外の病院の症例をサポートします。
応募要件
・下記いずれかの経験がある方が望ましい
医療機器業界での営業経験、ロボティクスプロダクトに知見のある方、整形外科分野系看護師、理学療法士、アスレチックトレーナー経験者など
