职位描述
1、市场调研与竞品分析：通过 TikTok、Pinterest、Reddit 等平台追踪潮玩/3C配件/装饰品类的海外流行趋势，收集竞品定价、用户评价与爆款特征，输出选品与模型发布建议。结合3D打印工艺特点评估产品可行性，并持续维护选品数据库，追踪候选品的市场表现。 2、电商活动运营：围绕黑五、圣诞、新品上线等节点制定活动策略，参与促销活动的筹备与执行，提升品牌知名度与产品销量。同时协助运营 Instagram/TikTok/Pinterest 等社交媒体账号，辅助制作推广内容并安排发布排期。 3、店铺页面优化：协助维护商品图片、描述、标签等信息，确保内容准确一致，并根据用户反馈与数据分析提出页面优化建议。参与产品文案撰写，提炼卖点，突出3D打印产品的独特性与定制化优势，提升用户体验与转化率。 4、电商数据统计与分析：定期汇总 GMV、店铺流量、券类补贴核销、用户行为等关键指标，生成直观报表，为团队运营决策提供数据支撑。同时收集用户对产品外观、尺寸、材质的反馈，为产品迭代优化提供参考依据。 5、用户运营与客户服务：及时处理用户咨询与售后反馈，协助管理用户评价，引导好评沉淀，维护品牌口碑。参与 Email 营销活动，协助撰写邮件文案，提升客户满意度与用户粘性。 6、订单跟进与履约支持：跟进3D打印实物订单的生产与发货进度，协调内部团队，监控并及时处理发货延误、质检问题、退换货等异常情况。协助维护库存数据与备货计划，定期整理物流时效、退款率等指标，推动履约环节持续优化。
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历在读，电子商务、市场营销、数据分析、经济金融财务等相关专业优先； 2、熟练使用 Office 软件，具备良好数据分析能力； 3、英语读写能力良好（CET-6 或同等水平），能独立处理英文邮件、产品描述以及电商文案； 4、具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，学习能力强，注重细节，有责任心。 加分项： 1、有相关实习经验或电商平台（Shopify / Amazon/ Etsy/ TTS/ Temu 等）操作经验； 2、熟悉3D打印行业，了解模型售卖特点和用户需求（FDM/SLA工艺、常见材料等）； 3、对潮玩、3C、家居装饰等品类有浓厚兴趣，了解海外消费文化； 4、熟悉 Canva、Figma 等设计工具，或有内容制作/社媒运营经验； 5、熟悉 GA4、Klaviyo 等数据与营销工具者优先。 6、有美加澳英海外实习/留学背景加分。
