• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable vehicle
• Proof of auto insurance
• Ability to pass all background checks
• Ability to follow care plans and maintain professional boundaries
• Ability to safely perform the physical aspects of caregiving (as trained)
• Strong communication and reliability
• Some cases require female caregivers due to personal‑care needs
• Experience is helpful, but training is provided
