
The Major Gifts Officer (MGO) is a key member of the Advancement team comprising development, marketing, and advocacy divisions. This position is responsible for identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding major gifts ($5,000+) from individuals, foundations, corporations, and faith-based institutions to support the organization's mission and critical work. The MGO will manage a portfolio of high-net-worth donors and prospects, fostering strong relationships to secure significant contributions that advance Ascentria's programs and priorities.
