The company is a global provider of data center infrastructure and critical power solutions, specializing in modular data center systems, integrated power supply technologies, and energy-efficient infrastructure design.
With strong capabilities in R&D, engineering, and manufacturing, the company delivers end-to-end solutions covering power distribution, cooling systems, and prefabricated modular data centers. Its solutions are widely applied across data centers, telecommunications networks, and large-scale digital infrastructure projects.
As part of its continued expansion in Southeast Asia, Singapore serves as a strategic hub for regional business development and key account management.
This role is responsible for driving business growth within the data center sector through strategic B2B sales and key account development. The position focuses on engaging major clients such as telecom operators, hyperscalers, and colocation providers, offering modular data center solutions and related infrastructure services.
The role will manage the full sales cycle, from client acquisition and solution discussion to contract negotiation and project coordination, while working closely with internal technical and delivery teams.
Drive new business development within the data center industry across Singapore and the Southeast Asia region
Identify, approach, and acquire key clients including telecom operators, hyperscalers, and colocation providers
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on data center solutions
Understand customer requirements and propose tailored modular data center and infrastructure solutions
Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, proposal preparation, quotation, and contract negotiation
Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, operations, logistics, after-sales) to ensure smooth project delivery
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support strategic sales planning
Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals
Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related fields
5–8 years of B2B sales or business development experience within data center, ICT, or infrastructure-related industries
Proven experience in managing key accounts and handling complex solution-based sales
Familiarity with data center infrastructure, such as modular solutions, UPS systems, cooling systems, or M&E components
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a cross-functional and regional environment
English proficiency is mandatory; Mandarin capability is a strong advantage
Annual compensation ranges from approximately SGD 90,000 – SGD 130,000, depending on experience, overall qualifications, industry exposure, and sales track record.
