Join Waste Services Group (WSG) as a Major Accounts Specialist, where you’ll play a key role in supporting the Customer Service and National Key Account teams across Australia. Key Responsibilities

  • Action booking and service requests through shared inboxes and CRM systems
  • Coordinate new service requests, maintenance requests and customer enquiries
  • Deliver a high level of customer service and support
  • Review customer invoicing and assist with end-of-month reporting and checks
  • Support National Key Accounts with reporting and data preparation
  • Build strong relationships with customers, Key Account Managers and contractors
  • Maintain accurate data entry and system documentation
  • Provide support and coverage during peak periods or team absences
  • Assist with onboarding and training of new team members
  • Contribute ideas and initiatives to improve customer experience and operational efficiency

What you bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience in customer service and/or internal sales
  • Experience in case management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive, proactive and solutions-focused attitude
  • Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently
  • CRM/Wastedge experience highly regarded but not essential
