As Maitre d'hotel - Venue Supervisor (Morning & Evening), you’ll support the Assistant Director of B&F in overseeing Breakfast, Banquets, and In-Room Dining during the morning and our Restaurants during the evening— ensuring that every detail reflects the elevated standards and original concept behind the W experience.
This is a hands-on, guest-facing position where your presence on the floor makes a real difference. From fine-tuning service flow to guiding and inspiring your team, your leadership will help shape a smooth, stylish, and unforgettable guest journey.
You'll be responsible for:
Coordinating daily operations across venues
Upholding grooming and service standards with precision
Coaching and supporting your team of Talents
Maintaining strong guest relationships and encouraging feedback
Contributing to the ongoing evolution of service excellence
YOUR PROFILE

You also bring:
Experience managing teams in a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment
A sharp eye for detail — you don’t overlook the small things

Fluency in French and English
