Join our dynamic team as an enthusiastic and dedicated MAIT Lead Engineer to oversee our production and testing operations (MAIT: Manufacturing, Assembly, Integration, Test). We are seeking a team player who can work independently to meet project needs and requirements. You should be organized, meticulous, quality-conscious, and positive. Problem-solving and initiative are essential qualities, along with a pragmatic approach to maintaining quality and meeting deadlines. The role involves regular international travel, 1–5 trips per year.
Your Tasks:
Plan and organize daily project work in spacecraft production in a structured and efficient manner with a forward-looking perspective.
Lead and motivate production teams.
Act as the internal and customer contact.
Solve technical problems.
Actively develop and improve processes.
Write technical documentation in English.
Work largely independent.
Your Qualifications:
Engineering degree, ideally in the aerospace industry.
Good planning skills.
Strong quality and cost awareness.
Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
Enjoy working with sensitive components.
Very good knowledge of written and spoken English.
Legal authorization to work in Sweden.
At least 5 years work experience in industries with high-quality standards such as aerospace or medical equipment.
