We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance / Janitorial Staff member to ensure our facilities remain clean, safe, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate will perform routine cleaning, basic repairs, and general upkeep of the premises.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, common areas, and other assigned spaces
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces
Empty trash and recycling bins
Replenish supplies (soap, paper products, etc.)
Perform basic repairs (light fixtures, door handles, minor plumbing issues)
Report major maintenance issues to management
Conduct routine inspections of the facility
Assist with preventative maintenance tasks
Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas if required
Ensure safety standards are met
Set up or move furniture/equipment as needed
