
Responsible for overall cleaning and upkeep for Cleveland West Park Corps facility
· Maintain building exterior (remove debris, ensure snow removal/salting on sidewalks).
· Set up rooms to be used for all programs according to schedule.
· Follow cleaning schedule for all offices and program spaces, giving attention to special program considerations, as assigned. (clean/disinfect, dust, mop, vacuum, trash).
· Empty trash daily
· Ensure that tools are clean and ready for use (mop head/bucket, rags, sponges, etc.).
· Clean all windows, glass doors and glass panels of each office/room doors
· Refill paper towels, toilet paper and soap dispensers
· Clean restrooms and common areas regularly; clean office areas as needed.
· Assist with cleaning/sweeping/mopping of gym and kitchen areas (remove scuffs, debris, etc.).
· Complete “deep cleaning” tasks as assigned by Supervisor (tables, chairs, walls, etc.).
· Monitor inventory and report to Operations Manager for supply order.
· Immediately address and/or notify Supervisor of needed repairs or safety concerns.
· Assist with smooth operation of food programs, providing support, as requested.
· Clean out vehicles, as requested.
· Assist with any other project as assigned by the Corps Officer or Operations Manager
MINIMUM EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
· High school diploma with work experience a plus
· Good communication and people skills
· Able to read/follow safety labels & heed verbal direction from Supervisor
· Self-starter
SPECIAL SKILLS, CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISRATIONS
· Driver license, a plus
· Handyman skills, a plus
