Apartment Construction Technician

Berger Communities is hiring a Construction Technician to support apartment renovations at Plymouth Pointe Apartments. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be working on apartment upgrades—everything from demo to finishing touches—to help get homes ready for new residents. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, works well with a team, and keeps up in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do
You’ll be part of a renovation team responsible for upgrading apartment homes across our portfolio. That means:

  • Completing full apartment renovations, including kitchen and bathroom upgrades
  • Handling demolition of cabinets, flooring, appliances, and fixtures
  • Installing plumbing fixtures such as toilets, tubs, and faucets
  • Performing basic electrical work like replacing outlets, switches, and installing appliances
  • Completing carpentry tasks including framing, cabinetry, countertops, drywall repairs, and painting
  • Assisting with inventory, materials tracking, and deliveries across job sites
  • Partnering with project managers, site teams, and vendors to keep projects on track
  • Walking completed units, identifying punch list items, and ensuring quality finishes
