
The Maintenance Technician helps ensure all Heritage campuses remain safe, functional, and mission-ready. This role serves as a traveling maintenance resource supporting multiple locations, including Life, Launch, Spark Homestead, and future campuses, while also assisting the Provo campus during staffing gaps and larger projects.
This position requires independence, adaptability, and a strong sense of ownership. The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, and takes pride in maintaining environments that directly support student care and success.

Employees must also be able to remain calm, professional, and aware while working in a residential treatment environment with students who may experience emotional or behavioral crises.
This role operates across residential, academic, and outdoor campus environments. Work conditions may include exposure to dust, cleaning products, outdoor weather, moderate noise, and other maintenance-related conditions.
As part of a residential treatment community, all employees contribute to creating a safe, supportive, and respectful environment for students and staff.
This position does not include direct supervisory responsibilities but may assist in training or supporting team members as needed.
