Position Purpose:
All KHI employees are expected to perform their respective tasks and duties in such a way that supports KHI’s vision of providing the region’s best clinical care and patient service through an environment that fosters respect for others and pride in performance.
Maintains buildings and equipment. Performs minor plumbing repairs. Performs building and grounds maintenance and security duties when required. Serves on the fire brigade team. Performs minor electrical, refrigeration and H.V.A.C. repairs. Performs other job duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Required Experience: Five years maintenance experience or the equivalent education
