Job Description

We are looking for Maintenance worker & Electrician that will be responsible for ongoing operation and maintenance of Zim structures & buildings

Main Tasks:

Administration service and orders

• Handling work orders from the company employees and prioritizing
• Independent & proactive approach in spotting faults
• Ongoing operation & maintenance of Zim buildings and making sure everything is in order and works properly
• Monitor & file all documentation of the daily inspections
• Special requests- transporting employee work stations and transitions of entire Departments as per request 

Structure control

• Ongoing daily monitoring of the main control computer systems (cooling, air conditioning, lighting, lifts, plumbing, etc.)
• checking the fire extinguisher and the fire extinguishing post
• Treating the air conditioning & plumbing
• Treating the electrical panels
• Passing the six month review for the emergency lights





Requirements

• High school education
• Electrician license- a must
• Relevant technical education
• At least 1-3 years’ experience in structure maintenance (installation, electricity…)
• Ability to read electrical drawings and understanding them
• Valid car license
• Ability to perform ongoing physical maintenance work
• Good technical skills
• Basic English
