Job Description

PIPESTONE is looking for a Farm Maintenance Technician to support daily repairs, equipment operation, and overall facility upkeep across our swine operations.

This role is hands-on and essential to keeping our farms running efficiently—working closely with the manager and team to complete quality work and maintain safe, functional facilities.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with general repairs and maintenance across the farm
• Operate equipment such as tractors and payloaders
• Support composting procedures
• Perform outdoor upkeep including snow removal and lawn care
• Assist with transport washing as needed

What You Bring:

• 1+ year of mechanical or maintenance experience
• Willingness to learn equipment operation and repair work
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and solve problems

Work Environment:

• Rural, agricultural swine environment
• Must be comfortable with physical labor and varying conditions

Valid driver’s license required (must meet MVR standards)
