We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Worker to perform routine and preventative maintenance for our building in Rincon, GA.

Schedule Hours:

7:00am-3:30pm

Job Duties:

• Perform basic plumbing repairs, including fixing leaks, replacing faucets, unclogging drains, and maintaining toilets and sinks.
• Conduct basic electrical maintenance such as replacing outlets, switches, light fixtures, and troubleshoot minor electrical issues.
• Complete general building maintenance tasks
• Perform routine inspections to identity maintenance needs and safety concerns
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain tools, equipment and maintenance work area in safe working condition
• Follow all safety procedures and building codes

Requirements:

• Working knowledge of basic plumbing and electrical systems
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Must passed drug and background check
