Maintenance / Work Management Consultant (Expat)

Location: DRC (Site-Based, Rotation)

Employment Type: Contract

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance / Work Management Consultant to support our client in improving maintenance systems and operational discipline across site operations.

About the Role

This role focuses on strengthening the end-to-end work management process, from work identification through to planning, scheduling, execution, and close-out.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Improve maintenance planning and scheduling processes
  • Support implementation of structured work management systems
  • Drive consistency in work order lifecycle management
  • Coach maintenance teams on best practices and system use
  • Establish sustainable routines, reporting, and governance

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in maintenance/work management
  • Strong experience in CMMS systems and maintenance processes
  • Background in mining or heavy industrial environments
  • Demonstrated ability to implement and improve maintenance systems
  • Previous expat experience in Africa advantageous
  • Engineering or technical qualification preferred
