
JT4, LLC provides engineering and technical support to multiple western test ranges for the U.S. Air Force, Space Force, and Navy under the Joint Range Technical Services Contract, better known as J-Tech II. JT4 develops and maintains realistic, integrated test and training environments and prepares our nation's war-fighting aircraft, weapons systems, and aircrews for today's missions and tomorrow's global challenges.
- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Working under moderate supervision of the work unit Lead, the incumbent must have a general knowledge of maintenance trades (i.e. electrical, structural, carpentry and/or plumbing assemblies) with moderate-level skills and knowledge of Electrical systems, to effect repairs of facilities, machinery, mechanical equipment, and other related subsystems. Work is performed in accordance with pertinent guides and regulations
Employee will be responsible to perform the following functions/duties:
REQUIREMENTS - EDUCATION, TECHNICAL, AND WORK EXPERIENCE
The incumbent most possess a high school diploma or equivalent and completed training as part of a formal apprenticeship program. Incumbent must have two years of directly related work experience with demonstrated proficiency in the Electrical trade discipline. General knowledge of additional maintenance trades with limited experience.
In addition, a Maintenance Trades Specialist I Electrical must possess the following qualifications:
SALARY
The expected salary range for this position is $75,400 to $84,000 annually.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Work is generally performed outdoors but may be indoors in a shop or repair facility. The incumbent may be required to work under moderate noise conditions and under extreme weather conditions. This position may require travel to work sites at remote facilities. The work requires the ability to frequently stoop, stretch, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds or more for such purposes as retrieving and moving parts (anything heavier than 50 pounds requires two people or mechanical assistance).

Ranges supported by JT4 include the Nevada Test and Training Range (NTTR), the National Space Test and Training Complex (NSTTC) at Schriever Air Force Base, the Utah Test and Training Range (UTTR), the Air Force Test Center 412th Test Wing (412TW) at Edwards Air Force Base, and the Navy China Lake Ranges (CLR) including Pt. Mugu, California.
JT4 is supported by several teammate companies on the J-Tech II Contract. Together we develop and maintain realistic integrated test and training environments. We prepare our nation's war-fighting aircraft, weapons systems, and air crews for today's missions and tomorrow's global challenges.
