MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

1) Establish departmental objectives in collaboration with management, aligning them with company goals while adhering to corporate guidelines and policies
2) Implement maintenance plans (predictive, preventive, and corrective) for plastic injection molding machines
3) Carry out maintenance activities for plastic injection molding machines and related equipment
4) Create, implement, and manage maintenance documentation within the area of responsibility
5) Identify and resolve production capacity issues caused by machinery and equipment problems
6) Participate in facility layout changes
7) Develop, track, and execute preventive, corrective, and improvement action plans
8) Continuously improve processes to optimize the use of natural resources, energy, etc.
9) Comply with the procedures and forms of the company's Quality Management System
10) Optimize energy consumption through continuous improvement initiatives
11) Manage the implementation of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) in production processes
12) Participate in assigned training programs, committing to applying the knowledge gained to achieve departmental and organizational goals
13) Support the Safety and Environment department in ensuring compliance with applicable regulations
