To ensure the optimal operation of building installations, equipment, and utility systems by performing operation, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring that the technical infrastructure operates safely, reliably, and efficiently.
Key responsibilities and activities include, but are not limited to:
Project Phase
· Assists with the assembly, installation, and commissioning of building utility systems and infrastructure-related equipment.
· Assists in the inspection, acceptance, and testing of new or upgraded installations within the assigned area of responsibility.
· Collaborates with suppliers and contractors involved in projects for the modernization or expansion of the technical infrastructure.

Functional and technical competencies
Technical secondary education (technical high school or vocational school) in electromechanics, electrical engineering, electrotechnics, mechanics, or a related technical field.
Qualification as an Electromechanical Technician, Electrician, Electrotechnician, or an equivalent technical specialization.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position involving the maintenance of building installations and utility systems in an industrial or commercial environment.
Knowledge of low-voltage electrical installations, mechanical systems, plumbing, heating systems, and HVAC systems.
Ability to identify, diagnose, and repair faults in technical installations and equipment.
Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings, as well as technical documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
Knowledge of occupational health and safety (OHS), environmental protection, and fire prevention and protection requirements.
ANRE authorization (or an equivalent nationally recognized license) to perform work on low-voltage electrical installations
