Follows established paperwork procedures to establish, maintain, track and complete jobs.
Assures accuracy, timely completion of work as directed, and information listed on job cards or work orders.
Determine best possible maintenance practices and uses good techniques and judgments in work assignments.
Report issues of a reportable nature to supervisors immediately.
Trains and monitors new employees as requested.
Observes facilities, machines or equipment to diagnose machine malfunction and determine need for adjustment or repair.
Dismantles or constructs facilities, machine or equipment to examine parts for defect or to remove defective part.
Replaces defective part with new part or repairs or reproduces part from various kinds of metal stock.
Assembles and test operates machine to verify correction of malfunction.
Maintains and lubricates machine tools and equipment.
Uses welding skills as needed.
Performs all preventative maintenance.
Perform and complete electrical work and assignments with or without electrical drawings.
Running electrical circuits, bending conduit, wiring into breaker boxes and switch gear.
Running and bending copper to connect rectifiers.
Conduct preventive/ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting on rectifiers.
Compliance with all Arc Flash standards.
Other tasks as assigned.
