We are looking for a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our UK Operations Team in Kingswinford. This is a hands-on role where you will play a key part in ensuring our production equipment operates safely, efficiently, and reliably while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the site. 

What Will You Do?

As a Maintenance Technician, you will:
  • Perform preventive and planned maintenance on production and operational equipment to maximize uptime. 
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment issues. 
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records within the maintenance management system. 
  • Identify and implement improvements that increase efficiency, reliability, and equipment performance
  • Respond quickly and effectively to equipment breakdowns and develop preventive solutions to minimize future disruptions. 
  • Support and train colleagues on the safe and correct operation of machinery when required. 
  • Prioritize maintenance activities to support production schedules and operational goals. 
  • Contribute to a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and teamwork.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements
What Are We Looking For?
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Experience maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting industrial equipment. 
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems and basic knowledge of electrical and pneumatic systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship. 
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build positive working relationships. 
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced production environment. 
  • Flexibility to work overtime when required. 
  • Willingness to travel internationally on occasion.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CNC milling and/or lathe machining experience. 
  • Experience within a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Continuous improvement or lean manufacturing knowledge.
