General Summary: The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining company properties through assessing and troubleshooting basic repairs, periodic servicing, painting, cleaning, and grounds keeping.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Completes routine maintenance at facilities.
• Maintain security and safety of the building(s) including structural, mechanical and fire safety.
• Assist in planning and performing of safety drills and training.
• Triage and respond to maintenance and emergency requests in a timely manner.
• Maintains accurate logs of repairs, maintenance completed and safety inspections.
• Assist in monitoring the work and whereabouts of outside vendors working on-site.
• Maintenance of heating and cooling systems.
• Perform cosmetic maintenance of the building(s) Interior and exterior.
• Assemble and move furniture.
• Hang pictures and bulletin boards.
• Renovations, repairs, and janitorial duties.
• Quality control in areas of cleaning, upkeep, and safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned or necessary as they relate to the general nature of the position.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education – High school diploma or GED.

Experience – At least three (3) years experience in general building maintenance and facilities management. Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred.

REGULATORY:
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Current, valid Arizona Driver’s License and 39-month Motor Vehicle Report, proof of vehicle registration and liability coverage to meet insurance requirements.
• Level I fingerprint clearance.
• Initial negative TB test result, within the prior 12 months (Employer provides).
