The Maintenance Technician:
- Will repair and maintain the community.
- Perform duties involving operation, security and maintenance of building, equipment and grounds.
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules.
- Be involved in construction and remodeling.

QualificationsTo succeed, you should have: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus.
First and foremost, the ability to project a friendly, courteous and helpful manner to residents, families, visitors and co-workers. Two years of experience in most phases of building maintenance and experience in all trade areas.
