Work Type: Full-Time, 40 hours per week

  • 30 hours per week at St. Mark Community – Dayton, OH

  • 10 hours per week at Redeemer Community – Dayton, OH

Location: Dayton, Ohio – Senior apartment communities with an unmatched team of property management professionals dedicated to providing better living and care for seniors.

We are seeking Maintenance Technicians who are committed to enhancing the living experience of our senior residents and who thrive in a hands-on, supportive environment.

On-Call Requirement:
This position requires availability for on-call duties 24/7, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to respond to maintenance emergencies as needed.

  • Monthly mobile phone allowance provided

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems.

  • Diagnose and repair maintenance issues efficiently and safely.

  • Maintain interior and exterior common areas, ensuring safety and cleanliness.

  • Complete minor carpentry, painting, appliance, and general repairs.

  • Supervise and mentor junior maintenance staff when applicable.

  • Manage inventory and submit maintenance records and reports.

  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical/vocational training preferred

  • Minimum 3 years of residential or apartment maintenance experience required

  • Skilled in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs

  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills

  • Relevant certifications (HVAC, OSHA, etc.) a plus

  • Valid driver’s license required
