Job Description

Position: Maintenance Technician

Location: Princeton Court, 3633 Howard Drive, College Park, GA 30337

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Princeton Court. The ideal candidate must be HVAC certified and capable of handling a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the property remains in excellent condition.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems.

  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and management.

  • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and structural issues.

  • Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner.

  • Be on-call for emergency maintenance issues as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and service requests.

Requirements:

  • HVAC Certification is required (EPA Universal preferred).

  • Prior experience in apartment or residential property maintenance.

  • Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.

  • Availability for on-call emergency maintenance as scheduled.

Work Environment

As the Maintenance Technician you will work in a senior housing facility, which may include indoor and outdoor environments. The role may involve exposure to varying weather conditions, noise, and occasional hazardous materials.
