Job Description

To maintain a safe, functional, physical environment for patients, employees and guests.

*Pay Range: $21/hr. to $25/hr.

Work Site Location: 11878 Avenue of Industry, San Diego, CA 92128

Work Schedule: Per Diem: Variable, Hours vary based on business needs

Responsibilities:

  • General building repair and maintenance.
  • Grounds maintenance.
  • Routine plumbing and electrical.
  • Prepare facility for special functions, including setting up tables, chairs and equipment.
  • Respond in a timely manner to alarms and codes.
  • Facility cleaning.
  • Complies with facility safety, infection control and security program.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • General experience in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and air conditioning with experience in repair and maintenance.
  • Fundamental understanding of machinery/equipment
