Job Description

We are currently seeking a Part Time (20 hours/week) Maintenance Technician for a 90 unit apartment community in Bothell (Rivercroft Apartments).

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Maintains a positive relationship with all Residents and fellow Associates to ensure excellent customer service.
• Performs all other duties as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor and assists the overall team in any way possible
• Up keeping facility, Painting, turning units, maintain inventory, and scheduling repairs
• Perform general maintenance tasks such as landscaping, heating, plumbing and carpentry
• Inspect buildings and equipment

Qualifications:

• Must have a working knowledge of all aspects of maintenance, repair and service
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and take appropriate action; superior customer service skills; and a great attention to detail
• 1+years of hands-on apartment maintenance experience including plumbing, electrical, and appliances required, experience in painting a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; trade school and/or military training or industry designation a plus. Valid driver's license
