Part-Time Maintenance Technician

What You’ll Do:

• Complete general maintenance and repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.)
• Respond to service requests/work orders in a timely manner
• Assist with apartment turns (make-readies) and unit preparation
• Maintain curb appeal, cleanliness, and overall community appearance
• Support preventative maintenance and seasonal upkeep
• Follow safety standards and company procedures

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous maintenance experience (multifamily preferred)
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• EPA Certification is a plus (not required)
• Strong work ethic and dependability
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and climb stairs/ladders as needed
• Basic tools and reliable transportation
