  • Bonus: This role may further qualify for supplemental compensation in the form of bonus and incentive programs, contingent upon achieving pre-established individual and company performance metrics.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance to support safe and efficient plant operations.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems, building components, and production equipment as needed.
  • Complete building and facility repairs, including work on doors, windows, fencing, roofing, and other structural elements.
  • Partner with maintenance and production teams to resolve equipment issues, support production needs, and minimize downtime.
  • Evaluate manufacturing processes and identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, efficiency, quality, and production output.
  • Collaborate with contractors, equipment manufacturers, and internal teams to support projects and implement process improvements.

What You’ll Bring

  • At least one year of experience in building maintenance, construction, manufacturing maintenance, or a related field.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
  • Experience using common power tools, including drills, grinders, impacts, and saws.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities while making sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or GED required. Bilingual English/Spanish and basic refrigeration knowledge are preferred.

  • A full-time second shift schedule of Monday through Friday, 6:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m., with Saturdays as needed.

  • A variety of responsibilities involving facility maintenance, equipment repair, process improvement, and project support.
  • A work environment that may include wet, humid, cold, noisy conditions, moving mechanical equipment, airborne particles, and occasional work at elevated heights.
  • Physical requirements that include standing, walking, reaching, handling tools and equipment, working with close and distance vision, and performing essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
