Maintenance Technician – 2nd & 3rd Shift

Pay Range: $28.92 – $42.48 per hour (based on skills & experience)
Overtime: Daily, weekend, and holiday premiums

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Multicraft Maintenance Technician, you’ll work in a fast paced manufacturing environment performing a wide range of industrial maintenance tasks, including:
• Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Diagnosing breakdowns and restoring equipment quickly and safely
• Performing preventive and predictive maintenance
• Working closely with production and other maintenance team members
• Continuously expanding your technical skills through paid training and advancement programs

What We’re Looking For
Required:
• 2+ years of experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn multi craft skills
• Ability to work 2nd and 3rd shift as assigned
• Ability to work weekends and extended hours
Preferred (not required):
• Technical degree or certification (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Maintenance, etc.)
• Experience in corrugated packaging, printing, converting, or manufacturing
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
• Starting salary for position: $28.92 – $42.48 per hour.
• Bonus: Annual – Based upon achievement of plant performance metrics.
• Paid Vacation: 2 weeks per calendar year. Pro-rata Vacation during the initial year of hire based upon start date within the calendar year.
• 11 paid Holidays.
• Within the first 30 days of employment, an employee (and their dependents) is eligible to enroll in certain benefit coverages -- medical, dental, and vision – and are automatically enrolled in life, AD&D, and disability coverages.
• Upon hire, an employee is automatically enrolled in the 401k plan. The plan offers both pre-tax and Roth contribution options along with employer provided matching contributions.
