ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Take the lead on painting and touch-up work, keeping our apartments fresh, clean, and inviting.
  • Respond to guest and colleague requests, handling painting-related and minor technical issues efficiently.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas needing repainting or repair before they become a problem.
  • Oversee external contractors when needed, ensuring all work meets our high standards.
  • Complete planned maintenance and renovation projects to enhance the overall quality and appearance of our apartments.

  • You possess a talent for repairing things and a dedication to maintaining the smooth operation of buildings.
  • You possess a broad range of technical skills and a strong understanding of building systems.
  • You thrive in an independent work environment and can prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you'll collaborate with guests, colleagues, and contractors.
  • You remain calm under pressure and approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • A "can-do" attitude, creativity, and a willingness to go the extra mile are key!
  • Proficiency in basic English is required.
  • Technical training and experience as a caretaker a plus!
