We are seeking a hands-onMaintenance Technician to supportmanufacturing and packaging equipment on3rdshift at our Grand Island, NY facility. This role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, andmaintainingproduction equipment in a regulated manufacturing environment.

This position is ideal for technicians who enjoy working directly on machines, responding to breakdowns, and keeping production running safely and efficiently.

WhatYou’llDo

• Troubleshoot and repairmechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems on manufacturing and packaging equipment

• Maintain manufacturingequipment includingfillers, cappers,lyophilizers, autoclaves,tanks,mixers, and packaging systems

• Perform and documentpreventive maintenance using a CMMS(IBM Maximo)

• Respondto equipment failures andrestoreoperations with minimal downtime

• Support equipmentchangeovers, startups, and adjustments

• Read and interpretelectrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and OEM manuals

• Accurately document maintenance activitiesin accordance withcGMP requirements

• Follow allsafety procedures , including LOTO and PPE requirements

• Work independently on off-shifts and escalate issues whenrequired

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED

• 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• OR

• Completion of atechnical or trade school program and/or attainment of anassociate’sdegreein a related discipline may be accepted as a substitute for, or in addition to, relevant work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Strong troubleshooting skills onmanufacturing equipmenttypes

• Experience working in acGMP or regulated environment

• Ability to readelectrical schematics and mechanical drawings

• BasicPLC troubleshooting experience preferred (no programmingrequired)

• Experience usingCMMS systems (SAP, Maximo, or similar)

• Comfortable working3rd shift in a production setting

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in New York is $21.82–$32.72.
