· Are skilled in performing routine maintenance tasks like plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC repairs.
· Can respond quickly to guest and operational issues with a positive and solution-focused attitude.

· You have experience in building or facility maintenance, preferably in the hospitality industry.
· You bring at least two years of hands-on experience in general maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or HVAC systems.
· You possess strong communication skills and can work effectively with the team and guests to address maintenance concerns.
· You are safety-focused and knowledgeable about standard health and safety procedures.
