AMLI Residential is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our amazing team at AMLI Golden Triangle, a brand-new, luxury high rise apartment community in the heart of Denver’s vibrant Capitol Hill/North Broadway corridor.

As a part of our dedicated maintenance crew, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our upscale, 372-unit community runs smoothly and remains in pristine condition. 🔥 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Master of Maintenance: Handle everything from HVAC and plumbing to electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs—if it needs fixing, you’ve got it covered!

• Resident Satisfaction: Respond to service requests quickly and professionally, making residents feel right at home with your top-notch repair skills.

• Be the On-Call Hero: Take rotating on-call shifts (including weekends and nights) to ensure our community always has a maintenance pro ready to step in.

• Care for Amenities: Keep our amenities—pools, fountains, and shared spaces—looking their best and working flawlessly.

• Preventative Maintenance Pro: Catch small issues before they become big ones, conducting inspections and staying proactive in maintenance.

• Maintain Curb Appeal: Help keep the community’s exterior and common areas looking picture-perfect, creating a welcoming environment for all.

• Hands-On Expertise: You’ve got experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general repairs.

• HVAC Certification: You’ve got the certification that makes you a pro in the field.

• Flexibility: Availability for rotating on-call shifts (including evenings and weekends) to keep things running smoothly.

• Valid Driver’s License: Ready for emergency on-call duties, you’ve got the transportation to get there.

• Physical Stamina: The ability to lift, push, and pull up to 100 lbs with ease.
