We're currently seeking a Part-Time Maintenance Technician III at Innsbruck Aspen to help keep our property in top shape.

Compensation: $23/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer calls and complaints in a positive, well-mannered, and timely manner. Supervise public space temperature making appropriate adjustments and starting/stopping fans as required. Interact with the Supervising Engineer and assist in start up, shutdown, and operation of all HVAC equipment. Visually inspect gauges, dials, and mechanical equipment. Change filters on HVAC and fan coil units.
  • Establishes a clear line of communication with the engineering leadership.
  • Assist other maintenance staff on special projects
  • Detailed record keeping in English is required for logs and inspection sheets.
  • Painting, stucco, texturing, drywall, staining, knockdown and popcorn ceilings.
  • Troubleshoot plumbing fixtures including drain cleaning.
  • Perform scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance on all heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and related equipment. The ability to identify, troubleshoot problems, and make repairs such as the replacement of mechanical seals, re-pack pumps and valves, and replacement bearings are required. Installation of belts, accurate alignment checks, and repairs to fan coil units will be routine.
  • Knowledge in minor sheet metal repair, brazing and soldering, controls calibration, pressure vessel repairs, piping replacement, and all associated fittings will be vital.
  • Organization and maintenance of appropriate records regarding preventive maintenance and repairs will be required.
  • Assist with requests to shut off steam, water, and gas supplies. Monitoring and maintenance of standpipe, sprinkler, and interior fire alarm systems.
  • Perform Daily work orders and inspections
  • Perform electrical, plumbing and carpentry repairs
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

To fulfill this role successfully, you will have the following minimum qualifications and experience:

  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • EPA – Universal Certification
  • Osha 10 or 30 Certification
  • Forklift Certification
  • Certified Pool Operator (CPO) Certification required.
  • Can climb stairs and work on ladders up to 40 feet, push/pull up to 100 lbs, lift/carry up to 50 lbs
  • Grasp, stoop, and reach overhead with or without reasonable accommodations.
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license
