The Role:

This role is responsibleto build,maintaining, andrepairthe process equipment in an effective/efficient manner to allow for production output requirements to beachieveon a routine basis.

In this role you will:

【Mechanical】

• Schedule work of maintenance.

• Performpreventativesmaintenance andrepair onprocess equipment.

• Identifyspare parts necessary to repair machinery.

• Troubleshoots and repair mechanical and electro-mechanical systems to minimize equipment downtime.

• Disassemble and diagnose mechanical,pneumaticand hydraulic (機械、氣動和液壓) failures.

• Maintain manualsofPM and replacement parts.

• Maintain files and records in an orderly manner for future reference.

• Establish and promote the maintenance of safe and healthy working conditions.

• Establish and ensure compliancetodepartment safety procedures.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

【Electrical】

• Schedule work of maintenance.

• Performpreventativesmaintenance andrepair onprocess equipment.

• Identifyspare parts necessary to repair machinery.

• Troubleshoots and repair mechanical and electro-mechanical systems to minimize equipment downtime.

• Troubleshoots a variety ofsensors and PLC interface

• Disassemble and diagnose mechanical,electricaland programmingfailures.

• Maintain manualsofPM and replacement parts.

• Maintain files and records in an orderly manner for future reference.

• Establish and promote the maintenance of safe and healthy working conditions.

• Establish and ensure compliancetodepartment safety procedures.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Traits we believe make a strong candidate:

【Mechanical】

• 3~5yearsrelated experience.

• Acollege’sdegree above inMechanical,or Electrical Engineering preferred, but related experience in lieu of education may also be considered.

• Experience with equipment installation and maintenance.

• Demonstrated electro-mechanical and hydraulic(機電油壓)troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to read equipment layout, machined part drawings and control drawings.

• Experience working with troubleshooting,replacingand rebuilding valves and actuators(閥門和執行器).

• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of plant equipment,operationsand processes.

• Demonstrateabilityto communicate effectively with machine vendors.

• Able to diagnose and makecorrectionfor equipment faults and programmingerroreffectively.

• Experience within the Semiconductor or Specialty Chemical industrystronglypreferred.

【Electrical】

• 3~5yearsrelated experience.

• Acollege’sdegree above inMechanical,or Electrical Engineering preferred, but related experience in lieu of education may also be considered.

• Experience with equipment installation and maintenance.

• Demonstrated electro-mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to read P&IDs (液體管路設計圖)and engineering drawings(氣電), control drawings(氣電)and electrical schematics

• Experience working with and troubleshooting with oven, Heaters,chemical purification equipment, glovebox,pump, sensors(i.e.temperature, level, pressure, flow etc.), and PLC (i.e.Allen Bradly/Mitsubishi/Keyence/Siemensetc).操作經驗

• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of plant equipment,operationsand processes.

• Demonstrateabilityto communicate effectively with machine vendors.

• Able to diagnose and makecorrectionfor equipment faults and programmingerroreffectively.

• Experience within the Semiconductor or Specialty Chemical industry strongly preferred
